Not a chef.
Yet.
I wouldn't call myself a chef — not yet. I'm a serious home cook in pursuit of French cuisine, technique, and anything else that tastes incredible.
After building a successful marketing agency, I realized cooking was what I truly wanted to pursue. So I decided to attend culinary school, pursue becoming a private chef, build culinary technology, and document the journey from cook to chef in public.
